Hello fellow hunters!!! I am a new member here and am excited to learn and discuss new strategies to help me in the woods. I am from central Illinois. This is my seventh year of hunting. I started watching Bow Hunt or Die which was recommended to me by a friend. I will say the show is the best and most informative hunting show I have seen. I am totally excited for this upcoming season. Food plots are looking good but could use some rain. I have gotten a few good bucks on trail camera and have seen a few good groups of bachelor bucks in the area. Last year I missed a 160" plus buck but quickly redeemed my confidence by putting a 150" down the next week. My wife and I both bow hunt. We shoot every night, its awesome to have a partner that shares the same interest as I do. Anyways enough said. I look forward to chatting with you guys. Good luck this season.

Welcome, I am guessing since you have food plots, that you are hunting private ground. Do you hunt any public ground in Central, IL?
