Thermacell refill shelf life?

    With the season fast approaching, and the current strength of the El Niño, I'm putting my money on using mine well into November of not December.

    I have several butane bottles and foil sealed pads scattered throughout my gear. Curious to how long they last and are effective? They are probably 3-6 years old but I haven't a clue really :lol:

    I've used the pads that are a few years old with good luck. As long as the foil is sealed and the pad is blue when you open it you should be fine. The butane will last until it's evaporated or burned.

    As long a the pads are still sealed they should be fine
