    Ok here is the build:

    50 grain insert
    27 inch arrow
    Standard nock
    3 blazer vanes
    100 Grain head
    70# draw NoCam

Currently I am at 380 grains roughly but want to bump to around 450. With the above setup would a 340 spine be ok or do I need a 300 spine? Thinking 300 but just wanted a few opinions.

I would go with the 300 spine.

Draw length? What arrow? I will put it into OnTarget2 software for you. Just guessing at 28" and any 340/300 arrow the 340 is weak and the 300 is right in the good zone.

I have easton axis. 340 I cut them at 27.5 with a 50 grain insert and 100 grain broadhead. and it works fine for me and you be better at 27. I think i should cut mine down 1/2 inch. I get about 270 fps and 70 ke. and if i remember right about 16 foc. this set upgoes 2 to 3 inch deeper into my target than my fmj from last year and they weight the same at 450.
