relatively new to trail cameras looking get 2 or 3 for this fall. Is anyone using the USA brand of trail cameras? are they a good camera? I like the idea of spending my money on a product made in the USA.

    thank you for your help

I only know what I've seen on here. I think a couple on here have some. I'm still undecided if I like the fish eye lens type deal or not. But I think I do.

If you look, I doubt you will find any that are completely made in USA.

Well I'd hope with a name like USA Trail cameras and the American Flag logo these cameras would be made here

There are a couple of guys on here that use them that can help you. As far as American made I think you would need to look at Reconyx.

Thank you. Sorta misleading if they aren't actually made here but I'd still be interested in learning more

With Chinese parts no doubt just like all other trail cams. Even Reconyx uses some parts from China.

I understand that but why call yourself USA cameras and use a USA flag and such if its a Chinese built camera? I was under the assumption they were a USA made product

I think remmett is right. The last I overheard, I think they're working on getting all parts made and the cameras assembled in the US. I imagine that it would be pretty (really) hard to be able to invest that much more money to get them all made here from the beginning.

so none of you USA guys want to enlighten me? I guess Im left to assume the following:

Its a Chinese made cam, branded and labeled as a USA Camera, that says its assembled in the USA but I cant imagine disassembling then reassembling camera after it is shipped here from China? Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I've come up with just by doing a little research on my own since none of their reps want to chime in

I though you were looking for info from a number of different cameras but this sure seams like a fishing thread to me. I think there is a thread about bass fishing in the Water Cooler maybe you will have better luck in there.

I'm in a Facebook group called Trail Cam Junkies, some of the guys there run USA cams and they look really nice. It's a new company which is probably why there's not a ton of feedback here
