I live and hunt in south central kansas. I have been reading a ton of info. On this site for a while and decided to join. I am new to bowhunting. Want to say that i have enjoyed and believe that i gained a lot of good knowledge from the seasoned hunters info on this site. I hunt on about forty acres of my brothers land. Its crp, woods and agriculture all around it. I have built a blind close to the creek bottom and have had a camera up for a few weeks. I hope to shoot a mature buck, but being in the woods is good enough for me. All the corn is being cut around my spot and i am going to start a mock scrape this weekend to try and see some bucks making their way through.
