We don't have internet at the house yet. We are trying to spend that amount of money on better things. Dish is pretty much our only option. We have plenty of things to do with our time instead of watching tv. Enough about tv.
foodplot19 is checking in. Where do you guys/gals all hunt/live? We are in a town SE of Kansas City, MO. Pleasant Hill, MO.

Good to see some people checking in, figured would wait until maybe middle to end of week and see who we got then if need be send out some pm's and go from there. Or anybody can before then if want too.

I live in West central Illinois and hunt a 450 or 500 acre farm close to Adams and Pike county line. I'm pretty much the only one that bow hunts it besides a few neighbors here and there around the property. But for most part it's just me. Have had cameras goin all year and have a few pretty nice bucks running around, one in particular I'd like to cross paths with. Sometime I'm gonna be taking about a week or so off from work and hitting it pretty hard but haven't came up with exactly when yet. It can pretty much be whenever I want seeing as I work for buddy from hs and he doesn't care either way. Should be a decent year though so good luck fellas and be safe.

    Checking in!
I'm wicked excited for my third year bow hunting. I have a lot of free time in the fall, and I live on an island over populated with deer, with no limits on does and a very long season. im averaging 3 deer a season with my bow. Last year that included 2 bucks, one around 135". This year I'm after one of two reclusive monsters who are pushing 150". I hunt hard, and I'm a little bit obsessive. I hope I can help the team out this year!
Here is my strategy map for the year so far. It looks like a bumper apple crop, so I'm going to focus on that most of the early season.

We live on 53 acres we bought this past December. It is a even split btw crop ground and timber. It has finally dried off enough to get the fall foodplots planted. We believe that most of our neighbors don't hunt. The ones that do gun hunt. We only have one that bow hunts. I also hunt 10 acres in town that my in-laws live on. It is where I've killed my biggest buck. My wife and I found some sheds this spring of some very respectable bucks. Wasn't able to get spring plots in due to wet weather. Plan on planting fall plots this weekend.
Sounds like a good group to be part of. Be safe and have a blast!

Well I'm just riding in a vehicle so I guess I can chime in now. Live and hunt in WI. We own 40 acres in south central WI which is where I do the majority of my hunting. I've not had many big buck pics this year. But i know they are around. Mostly winter wheat planted around us this year but they prefer the beans.

I put in three 1/2 acre plots last weekend so I should have more activity once the beans in the area brown up.
