Who all is getting in shape and staying fit? What kind of workout are you doing? Always doing pushups crunches squats etc and trying to fit some running in also every lil bit helps.

I ride my bike every evening it isn't raining. Doing work around the ranch and soon to be splitting firewood by hand. Best work out you can do is quit curling the fork and push yourself away from the table.

My shape is round so I don't need to do much work to maintain it.

I play softball twice a week, and brisk walk about 3 miles every day at lunch. Not much more though

I can't run much anymore between back/knee problems coupled with reaching my upper 40's. Road cycling however has become my go to exercise. when I run, even a few miles, my body feels like i've been in a fight, just generally hurts, and not in the good way either. I try to get about 100mi per week on the bike, but lately has been really tough now to get anything that football season is upon me....

My wife and I joined a gym back in Feb. So far I have lost 70lbs and she is over 80lbs lost. I would like to lose 25 more. We work out 2hrs a day and limit ourselves to 1500 calories each day. At my age, 60, it's killer, but this is probably my last chance to really get fit.

    Blessings..........Pastorjim

I'm a pizza, burger and beer kind of guy. Being 41 years old obviously the metabolism doesn't agree with that diet so I have to do quite a bit of exercise to offset this. Right now I do 30 minutes on the elliptical and run for another 30 minutes five days a week. I found myself losing weight quite rapidly after I quit eating after 9 PM
