With the season around the corner what are some predictions for 2015?

I say Clinton closes the deal on Ernie. I also think Zarr scores this year on a 4 year old 150. All and all 18 bucks are going to hit the ground for the team. Season 6! It's about to get real!

Maybe I'll remember to hit record only once this year

Zarr will get a giant down this year. He works too hard to not have it pay off. I can't imagine how frustrated he is. I spent 24 days in the stand before it paid off, I almost quit!

I think Clinton will seal the deal too! I think JZ will get it done as well. Paul Morrison and Chad Stillman are my Sleeper Picks to kill a Giant this year!

    Tyler kills a monster.

Clinton kills a dandy, because Clinton kills dandys.

JZ not only shoots a 145", but kills it. At that point Todd gets jealous and the jabs start flying on the show. Todd later kills a 160.

I'm a little disgruntled that Justin gave up on chasing Baconator and that giant 8 point. Did Todd push you out Justin? I'd give him a swift kick in the tail if so.

Hope to see a lot of nice bucks hit the dirt. Gotta be pulling for JZ more than anybody. That slump needs to get broken.

Paul Morrison is NOT a sleeper pick... ;) #giantslayer I do like the stillman pick as an early season surprise!

I think Clinton is going to be behind the camera the night Ernie steps out and Franki is going to drop the hammer on him.

Nah, nothing like that. It's a long story but suffice it to say Tommy and I are on a new farm with plenty of other good deer to chase. Nothing world class but a few that will certainly look nice on the wall. :tu:

Ah, that's good to know, I was about ready to declare jihad on Todd.
    Haha, not really.
Yeah I saw the bucks from the new farm on the latest epi of BHOD, good luck chasing deer on the new farm, looked like some really nice bucks on that property too. I'm going to laugh my *$$ off if a booner walks in on you out of nowhere and you drop him and Baconator curses Todd.

Graf's actually mad at me that I'm not going to be hunting that farm with him this fall. He gave me a hard time about it but there's just too much red tape for my liking. With new ownership comes new rules to play by, which is understandable, but I'd rather take my ball and play elsewhere.

So far this summer they've got pics of STD buck who is an absolute MONSTER 8 point and a deer we called Turkish that really blew up into a 150+ 8 point as well, but no signs of Baconator yet.

Those bucks are from my local hunting spot close to home, not the new farm we leased. I've been on the local place for 10 years or so now. Unfortunately the genetics there just suck so there's no giants. No matter how long we let them live they can't seem to get out of the 140's. Swayze was the exception to that but he appears to be gone now so it's back to the bottom of the gene pool for us.

Moose to an extent is right JZ...you got the ability to do a lot of work on this local place? If you think it's yours locked up for the near future start doing habitat work and I bet in 3-5 years you'd see a change slightly...not that 130-145 inch bucks are slouches but I get what you're saying.

We are on the verge of attempting to buy or at minimum enter into a long term lease at my main property (never have paid for hunting rights...but times are changing)...and this property has such potential that I'd love to invest more into it....and no mortgage on house has me thinking of making one for ground (just need wife's blessing).
