How do you guys view your trail cams out in the field? I currently bring my laptop and check them at the truck but I'm wanting something more convenient. I'd like to check the card at the camera and see if I need to reposition the camera in any way before I leave. I've seen sd card viewers but I've also seen a device you can hook up to your iPhone if you have one (which I do). Has anyone tried that?

You can buy the Stealth card reader for $67 on Amazon. Mine works great!

I never check mine in the field. If there's a problem with the aim, I just correct it when I come back. Half the tie I have coons crawling all over them and twisting them around anyway, it's hard to strap one down tight enough that a 25# coon doesn't twist it sideways while using it as a handhold.

For $10 I might get one of those card readers. Thanks for the link.

I have a pack for my laptop. I upload at the tree and put the same card back in. I don't really check the pictures, but I can tell pretty quick if something is wrong and correct it then.

I used to use an airstash, but I put it through the washer. Oops. I've been using my dslr until I get a new one.

Doesn't everyone have a digital camera laying around? That's what I use.

I also use a card reader I picked up for about $10.00 for my android. Just copy them to my phone, look through them, then go through them again on my laptop at home. Works great imo.
