If that walked in front of me I'd be shooting. I can see how some may say to pass but it really depends on your hunting goals.

That's a question only you can answer. Hunting is personal. Don't worry about what others think. But since you asked, I would shoot him in a heartbeat.
I'd pass if it were me but I'm no authority for anyone else. He looks too young to me, for my goals and situational circumstances.
Once that velvet comes off he will be a different deer not even close to as big as he looks right now. Make your decision then.
