I'm in the market for a new 5 pin sight and wanted to see what y'all recommend. Also, what size peep would you couple with it? Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't go with a 5 pin anymore after switching to a single pin HHA but I did have the Trophy Ridge React before the switch and was happy with it.

I currently also shoot an HHA but I am a big fan of Black Gold sights. Great quality, very bright, great customer service, and made in the USA. If I went back to a multi-pin sight it would be a BG for sure.

Spott Hogg - Hogg it, 019, 2 inch, 1/4 peep for me.
If you have really good eyes you could go with a smaller peep.

The Sight extends, I only used the extension to find the distance where my eyes saw the pins the best.
Mine is set pretty much at the middle of the travel. The middle put it 2 inches further out than most sights mounted on the bow.

I also have the Spott Hogg - Hunter on my back up bow.

Hogg it as well here as stated b4... great sight. Cheaper versions include spot Hogg real deal and right on as well.

I've been drooling over the Trophy Ridge Firewire V5. The sight picture of a single pin with the instant adjustable range ability of multi pin.

I haven't had the chance to order one yet though.

Tried it, hated it. Blocks just as much view as a 5 pin becasue the pins are so high in the housing to fit the other pins underneath

Ah, yes. I hadn't considered that. I can totally see that happening. To top it off, I use my pin gaps as one reference to judge distance. Having the space clear above and below my target is more important than to the right of it.

Another sight I've considered is the GWS Nova 5 pin or the Nova Green Monster. They are basically the same except the Nova has 5 pins of all the same size and different colors. The Green Monster has 5 green pins of three different sizes.

Construction seems pretty solid. All aluminum, and a reasonable price tag too.

I have a black gold rush 5 pin that I really like. Bright optics and solid construction with a decent price tag.

I considered those when I was looking - they seem like a great well built sight as well.

I have an IQ sight with the retina lock technology. Love it. It's helped alot with consistent grip of the bow and reducing torque
