I was talking with one of my neighbors and his 14 year old son today. He had put out some mineral that I gave him and checking his camera that he mowed 10 lawns to buy and some GIANT D BAG wrecked it. A trespasser that must have known got their picture taken didn't just take out the SD card, they burned the inside and smashed it against the tree. What the hell is wrong with people that they feel the need and the right to walk on property that doesn't belong to them and then wreck someone else's stuff? I felt bad for him and gave him a camera that I had laying on my work bench for a while. It isn't perfect and takes some pink pictures but he seamed pretty happy about it. Hopefully no one messes with this one.
I'm guessing it was two people feeding off each other thinking it was funny to ruin a kids camera he bought with his own money.
Hopefully they find out who did it. If I did I would have a few choice words for the person. It was really nice of you to give him a camera though.
That would make me more upset than if my own camera were taken. Good for you for helping the kid out. Id have more than words for who ever did that.
I cannot stand people like that. They think it funny be destructive. You helping him out probably made his day a lot better.
Thats whats wrong with todays society, nobody cares, is held accountable for their actions, they feel like thet are owed something and do whatever they want, and the politicians just keep making it easier to be a criminal or just a moron!! There is no accountability anymore. And kudos to you for giving the young lad your camera!! The big man upstairs is watching, He wont forget what you did!!
I hope you taught that kid about hanging cameras high, cable locked and concealed. Probably 15 year olds who will be back i'm sure unfortunately. And nice work on giving him the cam.
