    Just a heads up for anyone looking for a company that stands behind their products. I have a tenzing 6000 pack for hunting out west. Been using it with a 40 pound bag attached to get in shape for fall. One of the straps broke on the front. I bought it two years ago.

    They said send it back in and we will replace with a new pack. Hopefully they are fast at returning a new one, but thought I would let people know about some good customer service. All I had to do was send in pictures and fill out a few forms. So far so good.

    Good stuff. For how much they cost I certainly hope good service comes with it. Always wanted one of those packs, just haven't had a serious enough hunt to justify the price.
