I have drawn one of the most coveted tags Vermont has to offer! 9500 applicants for 225 Vermont moose tags and I was lucky enough to draw in the area that we own land in and has great potential to produce a Great bull! We have let people hunt in the past as we have only been able to pull one tag in the last 15 years between 5 family members that apply, most all have been successful! My tag is for the regular season portion as we do also have a one week designated archery season. With that said I will be taking to the woods with my new Nitrum30 and hope to have some video and pictures for you guys come late October! Hopefully some trail cam pics in the mean time! Had to share my excitement! Kyle
Get it done! I hope you shoot a big one!!! I use to live in Lebanon, NH; just across from White River Junction.
I grew up way south of you guys, mostly in Clarendon and Shrewsbury. It's beautiful country up by you though for sure!
Dated a girl from Rutland in college, spent a good bit of time down that way. Looks like you made a productive move as far as hunting is considered!
Been busy with work but I did manage to get 2 cameras set at camp on Sunday. The beavers dammed up a brook cutting off the access road to 1/2 of one of our pieces of property so I was unable to get cameras out to some good moose picture producing locations. I will get back up there this weekend and find my way around the water to set a few more, I will also check the two cameras that are set and hopefully have something to show you guys Sunday evening!
