I don't have money to by more until the season in near and I don't have a medal detector. Does any one have any suggestions on how I can fin my arrows?

Best secret to finding lost arrows is stop loosing them. Why are you missing the target that often or don't have something behind the target to help stop the arrows? If you can't afford a new target I would find some carpet or something in a local dumpster to put behind it as a second backstop for a short term solution and in the meantime work on your accuracy so you don't miss the target anymore. Good luck

You can mow the grass short in that area. Also make a backstop for your target. If you are missing, might want to either drop your weight some or restrict your range until you get better. Definitely don't stop. Also have you tuned your bow. A lot of cases people are inaccurate because they have a bow that is either not tuned or does not fit them. They get frustrated and quit. That is sad because the fix is quite easy.

    What is your setup?

If they are bouncing of rocks, please flex test them before shooting them again. You don't want to shoot damaged arrows!

Pretty sure you owe Cal some money for all the arrows he found for you! :tu:

If they are ricocheting off of rocks they are probably just lying on the top of the ground somewhere- but who knows how far they went or how many pieces they are in. Your best bet is just to walk around. If you do find any FLEX THEM and check for any damage.

Do you have a shop nearby where you can get some help with 1) your bow tune and 2) your shooting form?

Yeah I'd say first figure out why you're missing, then worry about damaged arrows, finally come up with a serviceable but cheap backstop. Doesn't have to be pretty as long as it works. Cardboard boxes and old blankets work fairly well as do carpet remnants in a pinch
