I've been debating the idea of getting a kingpin for a while now, but today I bit the bullet and got one. I've taken a dozen shots with it, and I absolutely couldn't be happier. The optimizer Is by far the best bow sight I've ever used, and I would highly recommend it to anybody. I know it's quite a bit of money for a sight, but in my opinion it's definitely worth it.

The interchangeable tapes is so handy. You are honestly buying what seems like multiple sights and a ton of hastle of re-sighting. I like to shoot 3D all year with field points, and then change to hunting with broad heads. Now, it couldn't be easier. I can now screw around all summer, and then change right into my hunting tape in under a minute.

The blind 20 feature is also incredibly handy for me because in a lot of my spots, 20 yards is a very predictable shot. Like all other HHA optimizers, they are 100% made in the USA, and come with a lifetime warranty. I don't even have it sighted in yet, but I had baseball sized groups with 6 arrows at 20 yards on the first 6 shots.

In conclusion, you can't go wrong with any HHA optimizer sight. I know a lot of guys are unsure of the idea of a movable sight, but I made the switch last year to the HHA optimizer lite, and now I'll never look back. The kingpin is no exception, just another great innovative rock solid sight that leads the industry from HHA.

The kingpin by far my favorite hha sight. But I prefer multiple pin sights like sword or black gold just to name my favorites. But still if I could spend that much on a single pin sight it would be the kingpin without hesitation.

I love HHA sights they are solid. I set my pin for 25 yards and threw the tapes away. With a little practice you can shoot 20-45 yards without moving the pin.

I was thinking about getting the truglo range rover and setting it at 20 yards and making a second dot on the pin for 30 yards since most of my shots from the stand or blind would be inside of 30 yards.

I too thought about putting a second spot on the one pin but the shots I get are all under 30 yards.

I found a screaming deal on a King Pin on eBay. I can't wait to get it mounted and sighted in! I have the HHA optimizer Light so I am sure it will be even better. Looking forward to the magnifier and interchangeable wheel.

I set mine at 25 and I'm comfortable making any ethical shot without moving the site. At the same time I do have the tape set. If the situation is right I am going to take the time to move it to get that extra bit of precision.
