If you have seen the steer a deer product I hope you would agree that it isn't even hunting! Putting a 4' high plastic fence in the woods with the hope of "steering the deer" towards your stand is just stupid. In my opinion that is very unsportsman like. *rant over*

Is hinge cutting not even hunting? How about piling up brush for a blockade?

The deer by me can jump over 4' fences if they want to.

I hunt a lot of fence lines. I've killed more deer on fence lines then in the woods.

Maybe the OP is ranting about the fact you can buy a product for this instead of actually just doing it yourself with brush?

I get what you're saying OP but thats what most of us do, Try to get the deer to come your direction putting the odds in your favor. Scents, Baits, Food Plots, Decoys, and Calls all do the same thing. Will I buy a plastic fence to put up to get deer to go exactly where I want them to so I can harvest them..............How much are they?:p

I see what your all saying but that's all stuff that improves the wild life habitat. Not going out and buying a fence to go put up in the woods to attempt move deer towards your stand. Just my personal opinion.

There are always products in every industry that are just trying to get someone to buy them no matter how stupid they may seem. That is just how it is. If someone comes up with an idea that no one has before and creates something they will try to make some money off of it. Unfortunately there are those products out there. Onc comes to mind is this piece you connect to your bow called the quick quiver allowing you to reload your second shot easier. IMO I think it's stupid but I'm not mad about that it's available to buy. I just won't buy it. :tu:

Okay that one is the worst by far. Who's idea was it to strap their head to the tree rather than just a full body harness by itself? If they don't go out of business soon I don't want to know what kind of hunter are out in the woods today.

Just looked it up. I can't believe how many people actually bought that. All it takes to look behind you is turn your head and body slowly. Another thing, I wonder how many deer got spooked by the reflection of the sun.

I saw that and know the daughter of the guy in the ad video. To me it's a waste of money but so is half the other products out there. No worse than the black racks, motion detecters, etc.
