Someone want to give a review of the illuminator? I'm assuming you can't find anything close to those specs for that price... But what is the illuminator used for mainly?

Use mainly on mineral sites, trails, fields???

Thanks for the link. I just bought an Illuminator and used the link and got it for $85.35 after taxes with Free Shipping. :tu: I had a Cuddeback Capture 3.0. It was white flash and I would have deer walk all the way up to it and sniff it. It would flash and they never paid any attention to it. I have a ton of pictures of them less than a foot away. I use Covert Red40 cameras the most and a lot of deer are weary of it. I had a really nice buck frown every time it glowed red a few years back. I have a mature doe right now that runs or get startled every time it glows red. I am changing to a White Flash Illuminator or a Black 60.

Here are the bucks less than 5 feet from the white flash Cuddeback

Here is the buck that would frown at the Red glow of the Covert Red40.

I won't use white flash, not because the deer don't like it I don't want people seeing the flash.

Put the cam where no one can see it, problem solved.

Sad we live in a world where we have to worry about that kind of stuff.
