As much as look forward to summer living in the northeast.
It doesn't come with all smiles and cheers. It's that time of year
Where the turkey season is over and camo finds it's way back
In the closet. Not to say we are Completely out of the woods
There is still plenty to do in the tree line. But there something
About being in the woods and not trying to harvest a deer.
    That doesn't feel right.

I'm always hunting deer in some way. In season or not.

I'm right there with ya. There is NOTHING comparable to the woods of a quiet & still November morning!

Right now is a great time for us deer hunters honestly. Planting/tending food plots, putting in cameras, Heck I even sit in my truck and glass deer for hours on end trying to see who made it through from last year. Shooting bows like crazy. Dont rush it, the season is right around the corner. Enjoy this aspect of the hunt as much as the hunt itself

Not the same, but there is always target practicing, food plots, and checking trail cameras. :tu:
