Nice list!! Hunting is my passion but I space things out enough that I don't shed a tear that often. Other than that I don't smoke or drink so no other drainers.

Benn thinking about updating my miscellaneous collection of hunting clothes though. How do you like the Sitka gear so far?

Ha! I try not to make lists after the fact... I don't want to think about how much cash I spend on hunting and I sure don't want my wife adding it all up!

I am a gear hoarder! However I think I spend more money on cloths every year then 99% of hunters. I just pulled the trigger on a new early & mid season Sitka system.

Lists are evidence. If I made a list of all my archery and motorcycle gear I lose all deniability with my wife LOL.

Kidding, good job on the list and the good gear man.

Nice list. Congrats on making one. I tell my boys, save your money and buy something with your money when you spend it. Always have something to show for it rather than throw it away.
My son just asked me Several months ago "dad I'm thinking about buying another pistol but my first pistol (glock) is worth $100 less than what I paid for it". My answer "you love the gun, save a little longer to get the new pistol and then you will have 2 pistols instead of 1- if you never sell the first pistol then you never loose the $100".
Sorry for the story, save first, but have a plan for nice things.

We are currently saving for stands right now ladder stands and lock ins.
I make a list every year to try and purchase things in the off season to stretch the money out further. Works better with a plan in place.

We purchased new safety harnesses, safety climbing ropes and rangefinders in March/April. Saved money in the offseason.

I guess at this point I don't need more or new stuff, I buy 6 new arrows a year and a 3 pack of nocturnals and a 3 pack of broadheads. I only shoot 1 arrow a year from the stand.

It's a great camera! It's great in low light! I was thinking about trading it and some $$ for a friends slightly used xa20 but we will see what the next paycheck allows!

That's the camera I'm looking very seriously at getting. I would like to pony up the extra money for a G30 though
