HHA Optimizer King Pin - Stiff Dial

    Good Evening Forum Friends,
    I have tried to find out what is going on with my NEW HHA Optimizer King pin sight (TE-5519 XL). After shooting it the other day, I went to go back out to shoot it and the dial was really stiff or tight. I talked with the guys at HHA and their solution was to ship it to them and they would look at it. Not helpful since I live in Canada.

    Any ideas what might be the issue?
