What would you recommend to get the camo off of limbs? The bow I got is from 2009 so the finish is not perfect anymore. It doesn't bother me but I was thinking about getting the riser dipped in a kryptek camo some day and was either going to paint the limbs black or get them dipped instead of buying a black set.
I would just clean and paint over the limbs. I don't like the idea of those harsh chemicals coming in contact with my composite limbs.
Because I like the one I have now. Sice I got it I've been the most accurate I've ever been and the only bow I know of that comes in kryptek is the prodigy. I don't want to buy a bow just based on camo.
Send it to a quality finisher and they will prepare all the parts. Ultimate finishers does great work on bows Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sounds like a good idea. I read about a guy that just left the paint stripper on just long enough to take of one layer at a time and they didn't have a problem. I think I would mess something up because I'm sure I have a.d.d.
If you were going to guess, how much would you say it will cost. If more than new limbs I would rather just buy new ones.
No need to guess. Here's his pricing http://www.ultimatefinishersinc.com/archery_with_kolorfusion Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
