Here is the best picture I got the other night in my opinion. First time trying! The light in the bottom was from a train. Anyone else do astrophotography?

I don't but that is a cool picture. What are you using to take it, if you don't mind me asking?

I was using my canon t5i. I was using the 18-55 mm lens with the lowest f value I could. Also, it was a 30 second exposure.

    Nice Shot!

I don't really do astro photography, but I love to try and catch the northern lights when they're out :tu:

Those are awesome! I am not far enough north to catch them. Taken with your 70D?

I do some when I get a chance. I can't seem to find them right now. Here's one I took with a little twist.

It's a t-bracket I got off of Amazon, and I'm having to run it through a barlow lens to get decent results. The picture of Saturn took about 4 hours to get it right, it was a giant pain, but I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks, I'll look it up. The Saturn picture is stunning! I've got a telescope that can see the rings too and that's what made me think about taking pictures through it. But your the first that I've seen with results. Looks dag good man, keep it up.

Try Jupiter and its moons next!

You guys have some great work! I feel like some of those set ups are a bit out of any price range I'll have for awhile though!
