at what point do you say wells that's it. you have used every call in your vest, tried to move in towards your stubborn tom and none of your tricks have work. your tom gobbles just enough to let u know hey im still here but doesn't give u anymore to work with. worst part is its only 730 am and you know this doesn't look like its going to end well. so do u stay or do you go. on one hand you still have plenty of morning but on the other hand this hunt has been anything but lucky.

Can't kill em if your not there. Depending on how close he is you can try to circle him. Or try moving a little away to make him think the hen is leaving. You are already there so mine as well see it through.

Stay. Without a doubt stay, especially if its later in the season and they are leaving the hens mid morning and going searching. Id get comfy close my eyes and hopefully wake up when he is closer.

I feel like the situation dictates. Is he hung up on private land? Have you seen turkeys later in the morning on other hunts close by? I agree with the "can't kill them if your not there" theory but I also feel like other factors come into play as well
