    I guess with a VT having about no freaking deer...they should protect what they got. Honestly ....who the hell needs to use Deer urine anyway.

    If we added the cost per successful use it would be astounding the money hunters waste on it.

    IMO I think it's a bit overboard on their part, but then again it's the government and that's what they do. Hopefully they come to their senses before it is actually voted on.

    When I read it I thought it was an onion article. That being said urine is a waste of money, synthetic would have a better chance of being effective.
