Welcome Bo! What bow do you shoot? It doesn't matter, as long as your having fun, that is what matters. You'll notice bowhunters enjoying talking about their gear though :) .

I shoot a Mathews no-cam HTR. I was actually going after the solocam and the bow tech at the sports shop I went to told me I should try the no cam. I shot both and liked the smoothness of the no cam better so I got it. I have had it about a week and a half now I bet I shoot 100 times a day. :) It has changed hunting for me I believe......but September will tell the tale.

Bow hunting is so different that gun hunting, up here in Minnesota gun season for deer really pressures the deer. I would starve to death if I had to rely on deer I shot during gun season. I had a terrible luck gun hunting, I actually got to the point that I disliked deer hunting, and I gun hunted 2 states. It was not till I started bow hunting that I had success hunting mature bucks.
