The NFL has proven again that you can be a total bag of ****s and be a number one draft choice. All of that character talk is just that, talk.
Well this thing has been predictable so far,. Somebody trade or something lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well for Vikings fans, no news is good news. No Adrian Peterson trade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Happy with the Vikings pick... I think Zimmer will be able to make a big impact on Waynes tackling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It was reported that the eagles were trying to give up the farm, I don't remember what all it was but it was big, to move up to #2 and the titans turned them down. That surprised me because I don't think marriato fits the titans or any team other than the eagles really. We'll see. I was also surprised to see kevin white fall as far as he did, I thought he would go before cooper. The big Hawaiian kid picking the commish up off the floor was cool. I also didn't care for the way it was set up in Chicago, I MUCH prefer NY and the music hall.
I was disappointed in the draft coverage. It seemed like they didn't show as many player reactions and highlights this year. Also the ESPN guy kept saying teams can't draft a certain guy because its to early. Well it that's the need of the team and they can't trade back then that's who you take. I just don't get what the big issue is. If the dude is a first rounder then that's good enough who cares if he goes 12th instead of 25th. I realize there is a $$ difference but still.
The "experts" always claim that teams should pick a certain player, that will never change. I did notice the coverage being a little different. I enjoyed watching it on the NFL Network because ESPN had a longer delay on tv for some reason, and Mayock doesn't try to tell the teams who they should pick. The cluster of teams that had their picks in already may have been caused by the talent pool. Not sure, but if it continues the NFL should try working on that.
