Going to sharpen some G5 T3's with a flat stone. The angle of the closed/locked broadhead appears to have the same angles as the fixed-blade broadheads by G5, i.e. lays nearly flat on a flat surface.
Question: what grit do you think would be best? 600 or a finer grit? Sharpening stone by G5 looks pretty pricey...
I'll let you know what kind of success I have with this!

I used a med. grit diamond stone then a fine (600) to finish.

For my heads I use a Coarse Diamond Stone (120 grit), then a Fine (600 grit), then I finish with a leather strop with a little "white gold" compound...works great and gets my heads razor sharp! But after talking to a buddy on the forums I have been seriously considering picking up a Work Sharp Sharpener.
