Yes its great opportunity, but also 20 dollars a tag and finding them can be rather difficult in alot of places.I know there theres alot of hogs on the coast with a couple outffiters you can go through, also if you know cattle ranchers they will let you go and hunt there land.I know as far as public land you gotta work your butt off but you can put a hog down.
Also California got some good place to hunt mulie and northern California as some nice black tail to hunt. Imust say that hunting hog in California is fun and a good experience.
