    What do you use to prevent ticks from getting on you and if anyone uses Permethrin does this have odor to it? Let's hear your response

    Sawyers permethrin. No smell, but you apply it to your clothing (outerwear, boots, gloves, hats, etc) and let it dry. I apply it at least a couple days in advance, others the night before.

    X3 for Sawyers Permethrin for my clothing and gear. It DOES NOT have an odor and works REALLY WELL! I use their insect repellant with 30% Deet for my skin and other exposed areas when I am not deer hunting.
