Bring your own hot sauce to subway

    I had a bizarre experience at subway. I ordered my usual sandwich and asked for their siracha sauce on it. The guy making my sandwich informed me that they can no longer offer siracha sauce because some of the subway employees in California complained about getting it in their eyes after making sandwiches. I actually laughed out loud...I thought it was a joke. So I asked, how about some buffalo sauce then? The guy says "nope, we can't use that either. Our distributor quit selling it to us. Subway discontinued all hot sauce from their menu." ??? Either the guy is smoking some seriously good stuff, or subway has caved to a bunch of whiny california employees....

    Why would they rub their eyes with gloves on? Or does that mean they aren't wearing gloves and don't wash their hands.

    Sounds like employees weren't doing what they were supposed to!

    That is weird. Luckily I can think of a half dozen local sandwich shops I would got to before Subway

    That's why they no longer sell the buffalo chicken. Never liked Cali when I lived out there.
