Just checking in! I was on Team 2 for the whitetail contest and we came in 3rd, maybe that's a good sign .

I just started turkey hunting last year but was hooked immediately. I didn't kill a bird but have a lot of confidence I am tagging a gobbler this spring.

 

Checking in! Was on team 7 for deer contest and filled both my tags. Have never had a problem killing a gobbler in all my years so hope to keep the streak goin!

 

I'm here. We have to wait a little longer here in PA for season to start (May 2). We have two flocks right now. One has 40 birds the other has 20. Both have about 10 longbeards in them.

 

Yep I wish we could get an earlier start in Pa.

We need to pick a captain (not it!) and a team name. Any suggestions?

 

Not it as captain either. As for team name "Gobbler Getters" Fletchings and Feather" "Beards and Broadheads" idk kinda lame just throwing out ideas.

 

I'm cool with any of those names.

 

Long Beards, Thunder Chickens, Big Spurs, Thunder Gobblers, Gobbler Choppers just having some fun throwing names out there...lol

 

Snood Snipers, Tick Magnets, Blind Dwellers.

 

I don't know why but "Tick Magnets" made me laugh out loud for real .

 

I usually bring home more of them than anything else.

 

I'm out for captain, but I am going to kill a turkey. Season B MN. Can't wait.
