I'm here guys... been working on a little project at home so haven't been online much, but I'm as ready to hear those gobblers cut loose as anyone!

 

So where is everyone from? I'm in Indiana...we are only allowed one bird and the season opens in late April, so I may be heading to KY to try to get one earlier

 

Ok, the party can start now! I know you were waiting for me! May 1st in VT, just got access to 60 new acres that is holding birds. And my new Nitrum is shooting like a dream! Definitely ready to roll! Was hoping to get down to our lease in KY but with a family vaca planned mid April for AZ I don't see the extra time off In my future.

 

I'll be taking my boys to IL, KS, MO & maybe NE... I myself will be hunting KS and MO.

I need a Rio fan or two for my office wall.

I'm so jacked. April 13th opening morning I'll have he Mathews in hand in the ground blind.

 

Dustin and I will be filming per usual. Hopefully together for a spell up here in WI in May!

 

Very nice, I assume Dustin will be working on some merriam's a bit? Everyone else hunting easterns?

 

I'll be filming as well. Easterns for me in Indiana& Kentucky. I'd love to go to NC and kill one where I grew up, but I'm not burning vacation time for a bird...I have a Wyoming trip planned for this fall

 

Was taking down some treestands and jumped two toms and two hens. Freaked the living daylights out of me cause I walked 10 yds from them.

 

Hey guys, sorry for being absent for a bit. I will be trying to kill a merriams or two in WY, not doing the annual OK trip and it looks like I won't be joining Johnny in WI. I have a bear hunt that ends on the 24th of May and Johnny thinks memorial day is more important that shooting turkeys :D Good luck to everyone!
