March. The adage of in like a lion and out like a lamb often holds true. March bears witness to the slow release from the clutches of winter. Our cabin fever will soon be cured with more shed hunting, planning spring plantings, and of course, turkeys. Turkey season is a welcomed sight for many of us going through hunting season withdrawal. For some, it's chance to get out into the woods and do some scouting. The harvest of a bird just a bonus. For others, it's something even more. A different type of hunt. One where you take on a much more active role. It's a chess game. You're playing cat and mouse. The action can be quick and furious, but the excitement is what draws the die hards in.

On that note, this month's theme is Turkeys. Give us your best turkey shots!

Yeah I tried to do it on my phone and it didn't work.

 

This is a tough one. I don't keep most of my turkey pics because well....they're turkeys. :D

 

The one time I put my camera on video mode...I get an awesome shot and have to screen shot it that explains the fuzziness but I corrected that problem today
