    Heres an update on my tv unit juat stained it but I forgot to take pictures... shelves are all adjustable for different heights too...

    I made the stabilizers out of 1/2" aluminum rods and pressed in a solid aluminum rod into it drilled and tapped it for threads and then adjusted the weight with more solid rod on the end of it. Once I got the weight right I pressed it into the opposite side then drilled holes and added the rubber for vibration deduction.... pretty easy to do... I made them 12" long...
