Yeah me neither , not at nearly $10k a ticket.. lol who can afford that? are these folks taking out loans? I will watch at home no line for bathroom food is free beer is free [if I drank] no traffic getting to and from And no I have no desire to ever go to a super bowl just to say I did..
A few friends of mine went to N.O. For the super bowl last the the Ravens won it. They said it wasn't near as expensive as that. Maybe because they have a PSL for Ravens stadium the tickets aren't as much? No way I'd pay 10k to watch a football game.
I've always thought the best seat in the house is right in front of my tv. The beer in my fridge is also affordable to drink.
It's not 10k a ticket if you do it right...i have an uncle that has gone twice and both times the entire trip with 2 tickets (decent seats) was less than 5k...it is expensive don't get me wrong but if you spend 10k you are either last minute on tickets or high rolling with some big dogs...im with you guys though....couch and a pizza and I'm set!
I think it would suck to actually be at the stadium, with all the commercial breaks you spend a lot of time sitting there with nothing going on.
was looking on stub hub and that is what they are there I am sure you could find them a tad cheaper if you looked for them, which thankfully I don't need or want to...lol would rather spend the $10k +- on an elk hunt for the wife..
You would have to pay me to go, I hate being around that many people and the noise would drive me nuts.
While not the Super Bowl, I have been to 2 World Series clinchers. I lucked into both tickets, but I know how much they cost. To each their own, I would pay the price to be there again. I would love to go to a Super Bowl if I had interest in the teams.
