Oly44 Checking in. Where at in southern WI are you from CJ? Im from Freeport,IL. I go to school in champaign so I will doing a lot of shed hunting down here along with a little bit back home depending on how much I get back. My season wasn't too bad, I shot a doe early season but I'm still buckless  Hopefully I find some decent sheds this year. Ive only ever found little 2 or 3 pointers.

Josh here...checking in from SW Ohio. My 2014 season has been a blast. I'm still deerless, but it's not from lack of trying. I work in forestry, so I pretty much shed hunt 45 hours a week. Good luck out there everybody!

    My new shed hunting buddy!

Chris checking in here. I'm from eastern-central NC. My family lives in SE Ohio, so not to far from yall. My season was rough this year, saw one buck all season and he was to far to tell who he was. I can also count on one hand the number of does I saw. Hoping for a better shed season! This will be my second season shed hunting so I'm still learning here

I'll volunteer as captain, if nobody else wants it.

I got us on the board today with a nice 5 point side! Pics to come shortly...

Sweet! The first find always gets the blood flowing!

I have no objection to you being captain. We'll see what everyone else says

That's awesome, some monster bucks comes from that way. Greene is the the county the Betty buck came from if I'm not mistaken. My family owns land in Vinton County, in the foot hills.

Yep, Greene Co. is pretty well known. I've got a few trail cam pics that will never see the internet. ;) I remember seeing some of your buck pics...will you make it up here to shed hunt?

Checkkng in! My name is Daniel and I'm 24 years old. This year was pretty decent for me even tho all my big bucks avoided me. I did put down a decent 9 point on public land from the ground! I hunt in southeast Iowa in several counties around my home. I have a lot of walking to do to cover all these properties but im hoping for the best.

I don't care who is captain. I would volunteer but my life is a little crazy this time of year.

I don't blame you, especially if it's public land.

So far, I doubt i'll be able to get up there for shed season, school tends to take over... I have a cousin that traps in late winter, usually he finds a couple nice sheds on the farm. He has a 2 beautiful 10 points i'm sure he'll be looking for. My wife and I will be able to shed hunt our farm here so we're really looking forward to try our luck again this season. I'm hoping she'll find her first shed this season :D

I'm going to try and get this weekend and check out a local spot. Hopefully I'll find something, I got skunked last year.
