wendsday surgery

After five years of back pain I am going in for back surgery because I just can't take the pain anymore.missed most of the season flat on my back on the floor,meds and a tens unit just don't get it done. The last few days have wiped me out on all levels. not sure what a day without pain is like but man bring it on. I am sure recovery won't be a cake walk and me and the wife are in the middle of a move to another state during this so what a crazy arse time. Wasn't planned like this just working with the cards I got.

Good luck! I hope it gets rid of the pain for you. I can't imagine dealing with constant pain. It has to be very challenging.

Just got in from another wasted day,this is the third time now that they have pushed me back 2 more weeks I am pissed to say the least. Got X-rays and another mri only to come out needing to take more meds and get yet more clearance from two more sources.
This will make more vacation plans for my wife and hotel bills for nothing. Its there fault for pushing the surgery back and getting past there own 6 month rule on mri scans.complete bs.

 

Good luck. Don't over do it after the surgery. Take your time and do the physical therapy. I had a back surgery that's how I know.

I'm sorry the doctors are putting you through the ringer. If they keep doing that, I'd be making some phone calls.

Hopefully you can get the surgery soon and be on the road to recovery. Back surgeries are hard to overcome. Please take all the advice the doctors give you and follow their instructions.

Here we go, 6am tues. 2/3/15 pep talks and final wishes made. Should go really well I am really excited to get back on my feet.

Good luck to you. I had back surgery myself several years ago. Even though I have the occasional backache if I do the wrong thing, life is a whole lot better now.
