That is what you do to a player trotting around the football field in mismatched shoes.

Probably should have been a 15yd penalty, and an ejection for targeting in all honesty, he didn't really need to go there with that.... Looked like a WWE Clothesline....

Targeting? Players are taught to drill closest target on a turnover, the guy had no idea he was hitting the kicker so no targeting. That was a classic decleating I would give the guy 2 stickers on his helmet for that block.

Yea I wouldn't say that was targeting. Was just a shot, the kicker was now longer a "kicker" when the turnover occurred. Didn't really lead with his head or go after the kickers head either.

Pretty sure the kicker got reminded football is a contact sport after that though

from that angle he was clearly aiming for the head with that "block"...should have been an illegal hit.

As long as the head does not make first contact it is not aiming for the head.

Still think it was a cheap and easy shot, the kicker wasn't gonig to tackle anyone he was just acting like he was..

Kickers and punters are not real football players.

Which is why I don't like them , not even when I played.... especially FG kickers.. They sit on the bench the whole game then come on the field for 20 sec to win the game and then act like they are super man...lol

Yes 300 pound men fight and battle all game long, then at the end some little fella from a third world country in miss matched shoes and a spotless clean jersey trots out like a field fairy to kick the ball.

The kicker is actually at fault for getting decleated, espically on a turnover you have to have your head on a swivel or you will get lit up.
