So after i did not get my lung shoot buck this week with a fix blade muzzy so i got some rage crossbow x125 with 2inch blades on each end and for a mechanical blade they are amazing and open and also put a 4inch cut in the deer so finding my deer was easy so i reccomend rage to anyone.

If you lung shot the deer with your muzzy why did you not recover it?

If you hit your deer in the lungs then he died, you either didn't hit where you think you did or you did a poor job following up.

A 4 inch cutting diameter? Holy crap, that's like chucking an axe through an animal!

The largest Rage is the Rage Extreme which is a 2.3" cutting diameter. No 4" cut Rage exists, it wouldnt penetrate and the blades would snap off. If you hit a deer in the lungs with a field point you would find it. Muzzys have been around for years and while the standard MX3 may not be the best on the market anymore, they still get the job done.
    Shot placement is key.

I think he mean's a total 2" cut. That's what Rage is as far as I have ever seen. 2.3" on Extremes

You guys obviously don't speak Michigander lol

Odd a lung shot ended up with a missing deer but, it does happen. I know 3 guys who have been successful with rage this year and thats the most I've heard in awhile!

And if it was any type of quartering shot then 4" is very possible!

It's possible that he thought it was a lungshot but was really a miss. He could of shot the infamous "void" which gave him the false impression of a good shot. Who knows?

Relax. Take the ribbing as feedback. If anything you should feel secure that you're surrounded by outstanding hunters who place ethics on a pedestal.
