A while back I posted a thread how to make your own wind indicators. But recently I found a new product that is better than using cotton fibers or talc powders. If they get wet, they are useless, the powder runs out and I've even heard of the bottles breaking and having a pocket full of powder. I stumbled upon something called wind sense a couple of days ago and it beats both of them by a long shot. It is a vapor/water atomizer, and it is reusable over and over again. If you get a chance look at it at Adventure Video Hunting, Wedding, Editing, DVD Production Service I ordered one for myself and the only problem I think that it could have is if dirty creek water is used to clog the nozzle or if it freezes up, and that can be prevented by keeping it in a pocket close to your body for warmth. Check it out, you will not be dissapointed!
