Quick Reply to say that I'm still here. Just concentrating on my elk hunt to Colorado with my son at the moment. Only 23 days until we leave and we still have to get our food plots in and stands set for deer season. Going to be a busy few weeks but couldn't ask for a better life.
Fear does smell like huge velvet racks at times :-) fear of having enough wall space for fresh taxidermy....I'm hoping it's a good year here. Good luck to you as well sir!
Well I don't know about you all but I'm pumped! Got my feeder filled, stands hung, monster raxx out, cameras out, and scrapes started! I'm excited to see what is around. I did have my farmer send me a pic of this guy a day or two after I did all that work. So that is reassuring. Hoping I'll have some brutes on camera.

Hey guys, I am here and ready to represent! Got a few good ones running around but still trying to track down my two biggest from last year!
Should have banned the monster raxx from the ks boys Put it out for the first time about a week and a half ago. Can't wait to check the cams. Skeptical about the wooded area I put it. On another note, that is a great looking buck. Is it actually 2008? :D these guys should be my #1 and #2, hoping they show up on camera this year. I've adjusted 2 stands and added 3 for a total of 6 on my property. Covering a lot of new area that I think will produce with the crop rotation. The previous picture I posted of the buck on the river bank is 50 yds from my middle of the 3 stands. That'll be a start.
Good looking bucks fellas! I'll get some fresh stuff uploaded to my phone to post who I'll be chasing. Got a few goodies on the hitlist this year and have yet to see the four biggest left from last year. The neighbor has two of them on cam, but the two biggest have always been ghost-ish anyways. I'm so pumped for this season!
