I was wondering if anyone uses any other glues out there besides glues designed for fletching their arrows.
Cheap super glue, has to be fresh bottle. Haven't had a problem yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Agreed, cheapo gorilla super glue worked well the first time I fletched arrows. The bottle sat for a few months and I fletched a buddies arrows, it sucked. Just the impact of hitting the target was pulling vanes loose. For the price I'd buy a new bottle every time I fletched. I've bought bohning platinum fletch once and it was dang impressive! I'll probably use it from now on, but it is around 10$ a tube.
If you haven't used NAP QuikFletch I highly highly recommend giving it a try. It was way easier than glue and fletch rig.
appreciate it, I'll give super glue a try. As for NAPs quickfletch they are nice, but I like to use bright wraps and vanes so I can find them after the shot.
Yep, that's what the folks OneStringer recommended I use for blazers on their custom wraps. Worked great.
