Been shooting bows since I was a pre-teen, started out with an old stick bow handed down from my dad. Have taken time off here and there over the years depending on what was going on in my life but always kept up with the industry. Bow hunting the same, doing ti since i was a teen took time off here and there over the years for the same reason. When my boys reached their teen years and got the same itch I picked it back up in full force and been obsessed again ever since. Been bow hunting like a mad man for the last 6 years to make up for some lost time and taken a few trips now (hog hunting, bear hunting 3 times, and one deer hunt out of state). Planning future trips as time and money allows, college coming for those twin boys so we will see. I have lurked around that other famous archery forum site off an on for years but never post there. Hell I am afraid to, no matter what you say it seems to offend somebody so there is nothing but fighting and bickering going on constantly, I found this forum and hope it different or I may look for another.
Midwest, halfway between Dayton and Lima. Not the best hunting for Ohio as its too flat and all farm ground but there are some river bottom areas where some big deer lurk. Hunting pressure is really high where I am at so most of the trophy deer are nocturnal so if you are a bow hunter, the month of November is generally your only time you have to score. Its tuff going in Shelby county.
I checked out your web site I like those pin stripe strings. I may have to look you up next time I need a set.
Great to have you join!! Much less bickering over here but the one's that like to...just ignore 'em LOL!!
