We use our AuJus base for our canning in place of the salt. This is a raw pack so the meat juices with the flavor of the AuJus base makes willd game ease like grandmas pot roast on a cold Sunday for dinner. I use 1 TBLS (heaping) for quarts and a heaping tsp for pints. It is a game changer, you can mix the juice with an equal part on milk add some flour for your gravy and just smash the meat chunks with a fork and microwave for 1 min put on noodles rice or just open face on some bread and throw the gravy on top a superb meal. We take it fishing and camping for an easy meal. You can get the AuJus base at Sausage Making Casings - Jerky Supplies - Meat Seasonings from Frisco Spices
