Fish fry Friday night

    I will be doing a fish fry on Friday night at the camp. Any one is welcome to come even if you are not camping. Should have plenty of fish.


    And yes Matt I'll have you some damn French fries.

    Also have a brand new fish fryer just for the occasion.

    I'll bring everything needed, sauce, batter, etc.... Just show up hungry. We passed a hat around last year for tips, lot of time goes into
    Catching and cleaning all the fish, mostly done by my parents. They love to fish but don't care to eat it so
    Much so they stock up for me every year.

    Between ice fishing and spring bluegill and crappie, a bunch. They probably caught 200-300 this winter. They cooked some, gave a few bags away, and froze a bunch for us.

    You can tell them, they are coming up to camp with us this year. My dad is retired now and they like to camp. Plus they got a nice brand new camper that I get to sleep in.

    Just coming to camp. He has shoulder problems so can't shoot bows. Trying to talk him into getting a
    Crossbow so we can hunt some in missouri this season.

    Either I will or my mom will if she is cooking breakfast for my dad. He has this thing about eating others peoples cooking, so he will only eat stuff they fix, don't take offense to it, just the way he is.
