Nope, but my dog usually has several blue ticks...is that close enough,

JK jk...I don't know how popular they are but I have seen several over the years that seemed to be good dogs. Good luck with her and .....we need pics!

A buddy has one, and I've hunted with a few over the years. In the coon hunting circle they are fairly popular.

Great breed although they can be quite stubborn and loud, hope you dont have any close neighbors. :) I have never had a Bluetick but I have hunted with them and had some Walkers at one point. Enjoy and have fun!!

I have had plott hounds my whole life...and yes they are stubborn. We raised them and a few years ago had as many as 6 or 7 in our yard. Sold my last competitive dog a little over a year ago. Still have an old male that got ruined by a pack of coyotes as a pup, but the old boy is as loyal as any dog.

I don't personally, I have a blue heeler, or austrailian cattle dog. However, my parents have a Bluetick hound. In fact they have had several. Great dogs. Very loyal, very protective, & can be very chill in the right environments. However, they love to run, & will take off if given the chance. They love to chase coons, deer, rabbits, anything really.
