I don't really know why this kind of stuff excites me, considering I know I won't be getting a new bow anytime soon, but I am really excited about this! I just wanted to give you guys a friendly reminder not to forget to check them out either in the morning or later tonight.

What will they be?? The anticipation is killing me!

I heard a new solocam and a new dual cam is coming out today, but the guys at the archery shop had no specifics either.

I'm very surprised they went with the creed again only in 28 inches ATA. Seems guys are asking for longer ATA but yet it seems a lot of bow companies go the opposite of what the costumers say. Personally I'm not impressed in the 2014s

Not really impressed. No major changes but I did like the chill and creed last year. Seems like they just went for smoother bows.

I was hoping for something different, I really liked the Chill from last year, not so much the creed. But I do love Desert tactical color and the bows do look cool as hell in that.

Wow, imagine that... They took last years bow and gave it different specs. Mathews is like the Apple of the bow world. I'm completely unimpressed with their lineup this year.

Not impressed at all. I guess I just have to go shoot the new Chill R and see how smooth the draw cycle is cause if its anything like last year's model than I'm going to be buying the 2013 Creed or HeliM.

Yeah it is really unimpressive when you look at hoyt with a new cam, new riser design, faster speeds on the carbons, new target bows and many more

I was looking forward to this release as I want to buy a slightly longer bow over winter to add to the stable for a at home target only bow. Kind of lack luster release I think. I am sure they are great shooters but people expect more from Mathews really.

I personally wasn't impressed. That would have been a cool release maybe like 6 months after the 2013s came out. Then after that actually come out with something different and innovative. Just my opinion though.

It's like every other year with Mathews, last year they came out with a new line-up so was expecting them to come out with the same just tweaked a little.

Wow this lineup really surprised me. I was expecting something way better. Well, all the more reason to Get Serious i guess, mathews just got Faktored out of the equation!!

Geez. Not to exciting for me. The comment about mathews being like apple seems true on this release.

How many new and crazy things can we expect from a company? I mean dont get me wrong i keep hoping for a carbon MR6 but I dont get upset when it doesnt happen. You cant expect crazy major changes every year. They have a pretty good line up, great sales on many of their current line up, i think just tweaking what they have was a good move. I might not be running out to buy one, but i see the good in what they have. Just think many of you expect a bit to much. The way you are thinking, we will have bows shooting 1000 fps soon, or that aim themselves. Only so much can be invented every year, cant expect faster and lighter and longer ata every year. Some years will be solid imporvements to already great products. Just my 2 cents anyway.

It's up to them whether they want to stay competitive with the other companies or not. They seem to have played it safe or just plain got lazy this time around, trying to coast for a year on what they already had.

Personally I'd hoped they move away from that gawd aweful waffle iron crosshatch patterned riser. I'm all about a product looking unique but that thing is the worst of it all as basically a typical shape with just diamonds cut out. Their older bows looked better IMO.

That's really my only complaint about their bows. Coasting along on reputation won't last them very long though.
