How many have added water to their hunting spot ?

Have a couple spots near a small creek but, our main stand doesn't have water right there. Curious to how many have brought in water or if it's that big of a deal. Have an auto feeder set up, minerals, & thinking about adding a mock scrape (great sticky on that !) but, am wondering if I should add water. Thoughts..?

GregH put a nice watering hole on his property that gets hit pretty hard.

My property is covered in water, but the deer still visit any little pools we create.

Depends on how far a water source is from your main stand. I wouldt start with a water tray and cam to see how many even need water right there

I put this in 15 years ago and the silly thing sucks them in daily. At least 5 book bucks and 75 baldies taken here. Easiest enhancement to make.

Adding a water hole can do nothing but good for your land. Im lucky enough to have a creek running through my hunting property which really helps in stand placement.

How do you hunt a creek, hard to pinpoint a crossing? Do you walk the creek?

I put a bottle of water out there once. But isn't that considered "baiting"?
