Grilled up some venison loin this evening for dinner.Seasoned it with adobo,and put it on the fire(cooked medium rare of course).Sauted' some portabella mushrooms,cooked up some yellow squash mixed with onions and bacon until tender,and served it up.Damn good is all I can say.Included a picture of the buck that contributed to this fine meal.
I tried to get my butcher to cut my deer into bone in chops.... like you see on fancy cooking shows with the rib bone.... he cut them with the backbone in...... SMH
Grilled up some straps the other night and had venison fajitas last night. Gota scratch the itch somehow! Great pics!
